Vacancies – General Counsel, Programme Manager and Investigating Officer

There is currently three vacancies in the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

General Counsel:

The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice to the Commissioner and his office, and a legal quality assurance role in respect of all matters relating to the Commissioner’s functions. Find out more here.

Programme Manager (fixed-term contract):

The successful candidate will be an effective programme/project manager who has proven experience working with or leading a legislative change process. Find out more here.

Investigating Officer (Auckland):

We’re looking for an Investigating Officer for our Auckland office. Reporting to the Team Leader (Investigations and Dispute Resolution), you will be involved in investigating alleged breaches of the Privacy Act, with a view to facilitating settlement wherever possible. Find out more here.
